Ha Long Bay - Cat Ba Island
With an area of 356 square km, Cat Ba encompasses forested zones, coastal mangroves, freshwater swamps, beaches, caves and waterfalls. In 1986, the Northeast side of the island was designated a National Park and includes a protected marine zone. Cat Ba Island supports a population of over 20,000 inhabitants most of whom live off fishing or farming in and around Cat Ba Town...

HA LONG - CAT BA 3DAYS 2 NIGHTS (CHINESE JUNK & HOTEL)

Day 1: Ha Long - Lan Ha (Lunch, Dinner)
08h00 AM: Depart for Halong in 3 hours and a half (you will have a short break of 30 minutes in Hai Duong province).
11h30 AM: Arrive Ha Long bay, get on the Junk and your lunch will be in the restaurant on the Junk. From now on, you will discover the mysterious beauty of the bay. You are free to enjoy the natural scenery, taking pictures of thousands of  amazing islets or the fishers catching fish.¦You will have time for admiring the beauty of the islets and caves of Halong bay.

First, our guide will bring you to Sung Sot cave, one of the most spacious and beautiful cave of Halong bay with a lot of "hanging lights" made of stalactiles shining brightly and sparkling. The stones in the shape of statues, elephants, tray of sticky rice, flowers and leaves...And then do kayaking through Luon cave. All make you feel like being in a different world; like in your dream.
6:30 PM: Have dinner with fresh sea food and stay overnight on junk.

Day 2: Cat Ba national park - Lan Ha Bay (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
7:30 AM: Have breakfast, our junk will take you to Cat Ba Island, get the bus to the hotel for check-in and drive to visit the hospital cave in the Vietnam-American war.
Option 1: Take 6km trekking through Kim Giao Forest - The unique kind of tree for King's material. Trek on the peak of Ngu Lam temple to take picture and have an overview of Cat Ba National Park.
Option 2: Biking to the other part of Cat Ba islands - Gia Luan Ferry. Enjoy a biking trip on Cat Ba Island to Gia Luan Ferry to explore more about the daily life of local people. Back to the hotel for lunch.
14.00: Take another cruising trip around the stunning bay, pass floating villages, visit beautiful beaches and stop at Monkey Island for swimming, Kayaking, snorkeling. Dinner and sleep in standard hotel with A/C room in Cat Ba Town

Day 3: Cat Ba - Bai Tu Long (Breakfast, Lunch)
7:30 AM: After breakfast, bus picks you to Gia Luan ferry, get on boat and the boat will go another way - through amazing islets admire dramatic natural scenery, taking pictures of  Fighting Cock Islet, Cho Da Islet, Dinh Lu Huong Islet, Fishing Village...
12:00 AM: Arrive Ha Long wharf and have lunch.
13:00 PM: Bus back to Ha Noi.
16:30 PM: Arrive Footstep Travel office. End services.
